HAVING TROUBLE LOGGING IN?
If you are having trouble logging in, you may be using the wrong user name or password.
WRONG USER NAME:
Your user name is not necessarily your email address. It will be the user name you signed up with when enrolling in your course. Look back through your emails to see if you can find it. If you have have forgotten your user name, email our office at admin@teachingphotography.com.au for assistance.
FORGOTTEN YOUR PASSWORD:
If your have forgotten your password, it will have to be reset. Use the FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? link to reset it. If you have a problem, email our office at admin@teachingphotography.com.au for assistance.
RECENTLY CHANGED YOUR PASSWORD:
If you have recently changed your password, you will need to delete temporary internet files and cookies from your web browser. This stops your computer from using your old credentials instead of your new credentials to try and log in. It is quick and easy to do.
